Curbell Plastics was recently featured in the IAPD Magazine for its contribution to Detroit’s Downtown Boxing Gym Youth Program (DBG). Curbell partnered with Plaskolite, Inc. to donate $3,000 worth of clear acrylic mirror to the non-profit boxing program. These materials were use in the construction of mirrored walls.
As stated on DBG’s website, “Downtown Boxing Gym Youth Program (DBG) develops good citizenship in urban youth through strong academic support, a demanding boxing program, and a connection to the community through voluntary service.” We were happy to contribute to the boxing gym youth program. It is through partnerships such as these that Curbell can help support continuous education, give back to those less fortunate, and ultimately make a difference in the communities we serve.
