Diane Todaro, Administrative Supervisor for Curbell Medical Products, Inc., received a Values in Action Award for her exemplary demonstration of the Curbell Values and Behavior Codes.
Diane exemplifies our Core Values every day as a leader in our organization. She truly goes above and beyond in everything she does to help our company and employees. Recent examples include:
- Volunteering to participate in the 2016 United Way Committee. Diane made many suggestions to improve our campaign in order to increase awareness and employee participation. On her own time, Diane purchased supplies and organized employee information packages.
- Harvard Business School of Buffalo Presentation. Diane volunteered to stay in the evening on her own time to help greet and host our guests.
- Christmas at Curbell. Every year Diane helps organize the event, works on her own time to coordinate the event, volunteers for the day to set up and clean up to ensure the day is a success.
- Annual Employee Recognition – Diane has participated on the committee to help make the event great for all of our employees. She gave honest opinions and feedback to improve the event every year.
Diane is one of our most hard working, dedicated and engaged Curbell Employees. She is a value to our organization and is truly appreciated by everyone at Curbell.
